This is a modest fundraiser for pup Poppy from Romania. Poor Poppy was owned by someone but was terribly neglected. The sweet girl spent her entire life tied to a short chain which was so tight that it dug into her neck and turned it into a constant open wound. The rescuers were able to get Poppy out of that horrible situation and begin the process of rehabilitation.
