This is a combined fund for the sterilization of 30 homeless dogs rescued from the streets of Bulgaria. In a country with horrendous animal homelessness, dogs are at best neglected and left to starve, scavenge for food, or resort to killing kittens in order to survive. Many homeless dogs are hit by cars, purposefully abused by humans, and subject to horrible diseases. We need your help in discontinuing the cycle of homelessness and suffering.
