Meet Bagra. She was found in the middle of the night on the streets of Bulgaria, crying out in pain. Kind strangers took the kitty to the vet and contacted the rescuers. An exam confirmed what was clearly visible - Bagra had been shot in the neck! Yet another innocent soul used for target practice! Further testing is needed to determine if surgery is the best option or leaving the shell in and helping Bagra stabilize is better for her recovery. The sweet girl is eating and thankful for being safe. Bagra is experiencing neurological deficits but already is able to mostly maintain her balance.
