Meet Goshko. He is a sweet little boy who was hit by a car right outside a school in Bulgaria. The children saw this and found a way to alert the rescuers. Unfortunately, the little boy sustained a lot of injuries. He has a broken leg, a hernia, and a collapsed lung! So much suffering in one tiny body. Thankfully, the vets are optimistic about the prognosis for Goshko and hope he will be able to recover after the surgeries he needs.
