This is Misho. The tiny boy was rescued from the streets of Bulgaria where strangers saw him trying to drag himself along the side of a road. Turns out the poor sweetheart was shot with a pellet gun! Given how close to his spine the pellet ended up, it's a miracle he survived the ordeal! The vets performed immediate surgery on Misho (working on credit!) to give him as much of a chance to walk again as possible.
