This is Victor. And we certainly hope he is victorious over his terrible trauma! The tiny boy was homeless on the streets of Bulgaria. Apparently someone decided he did not deserve to live: kind people saw the same car run Victor over twice! This was no accident, someone just wanted to hurt the little baby! The rescuers were contacted and Victor was rushed to the vet. Amazingly, he didn't sustain any fractures but Victor has head trauma and currently can't see of hear. His doctors are not detecting permanent damage so there is great hope that with treatment Victor should regain both sight and hearing.
